Sony TC-WE475 dual cassette deck, black
A basic two-well Sony deck from the 1990s that sells to people dubbing tapes or playing old collections. It is a low-value component, so working belts, clean heads and a tested transport matter far more than cosmetics.
Estimated resale range (used)
$25 – $55
A ballpark, not a quote. Condition moves this number a lot, and so does who turns up to buy it. It isn't an appraisal and it isn't a dealer's offer.

What matters when you check it
- Test both wells with a cheap tape — play, fast-forward and rewind — since belts and idler tires fail with age.
- Confirm the RCA cables and power cord are included and that the display and counter light up.
- Check the head area for oxide buildup and note any wow or flutter in the sound.
Where the number comes from
Watching what these go for, not a record of sales. The range is a judgement call from what the same thing fetches secondhand. When an item has real sources behind it, they'll be printed here with the date they were checked.
Before you sell anything, look at sold prices rather than asking prices. Asking prices are wishes; sold prices are evidence.
