Got Stuff? Need Help?

Downsizing, clearing a garage, helping Mom get ready to move, or just trying to get a few things done? Sometimes you don't need a big company. You just need someone who can help.

Serving Buffalo and Niagara.

I'm one person, not a company. No crew, no truck full of equipment, no franchise. I show up, we work out what needs doing, and we make progress on it — at your pace, in your house, without a sales pitch attached.

What I can help with

Sorting and downsizing

  • Garages, basements, attics, closets and storage spaces.
  • Sorting things into keep, sell, donate, recycle and discard.
  • Making a practical plan for a move or a family transition.
  • Spotting items that may be worth looking into before they get given away.

An extra pair of hands

  • Practical help with the odds and ends of moving.
  • Donation drop-offs, returns, pickups and local errands.
  • Waiting for deliveries, repair technicians or service appointments.
  • Simple household tasks and manageable jobs that are hard to do alone.

Figuring out the next step

  • Making a list of who to call and what to do next.
  • Pointing you toward local movers, donation centers, junk removal, storage, realtors and other professionals.

How it works

  1. Tell me what's going on. A sentence or two is enough. What's the space, what's the deadline, and what's making it hard to start.
  2. We'll talk it through and agree on a plan and a price. No packages, no pressure, and no charge for the conversation. If it isn't a job for me, I'll say so.
  3. We get started. I turn up when I said I would, and we work through it in an order that makes sense to you.

What it costs

Around $150 for roughly two hours of straightforward practical help.

Think of that as an indicative starting point, not a flat rate. What a job actually costs depends on how much there is, how long it takes, and anything extra we agree on before I start — nothing gets added afterwards.

You don't have to know exactly what you need before getting in touch. Working that out is part of the first conversation.

What I don't do

If a job needs a truck, a crew or a qualified trade, I'll tell you up front and point you toward someone who does it properly. That's more useful than taking the work and finding out the hard way.

What's the job you've been putting off?

Tell me in your own words. You don't need a complete plan, a list, or the right words for it — what's there and what you'd like to be different is plenty to start with.
