One verified option so far. Call before you load the car — what a charity accepts changes week to week, and some will not take furniture or electronics at all.

Free, and you get a donation receiptTakes clothing, shoes, books, toys, housewares, small furniture and working electronics. They will not take mattresses, broken furniture or recalled items. Working laptops only.
