What matters when you check it
- Pump it up and light both burners to confirm steady blue flames and no fuel leaks at the valve.
- Look inside the fuel tank for rust and check the generator tube and leather pump cup condition.
- Note whether the lid, latches, legs and both grates are present; missing parts are hard to source.
